CONCEPT - STRONG WORK ETHICS
What do you understand by 'work ethics'?
Before you understand the meaning of the above term, you need to know the following terms:
Morals: Morals are the standards or norms of what is right and/or what is wrong.
Values: Values are the sets of principles or morals.
Ethics: Ethics are the beliefs and standards of what is good and right for individual or society.
Work ethics are the values we identify and determine for us in a workplace or professional environment. Good work ethics are required in order to build healthy relationships between employees and management/authority. Based on hard work and diligence, work ethics teach us how to observe, conduct, and accept what is right and/or wrong in a workplace.
